Good Health Praise God

He is slow to anger and abounding in love.

There are many qualities about God that amaze me and just show me how powerful and wonderful He is.

My grandma always reminds me of this, “When you repent and ask Jesus to forgive you He forgives and forgets your sins” Jesus forgets, but we don’t. Even though as humans we heal and move on, it’s something we are unable to forget because we aren’t Him.

It is hard to forgive, no one ever said that it would be easy.

About a little over a year ago, I had a season where I was forgiving those who had hurt me and I had to ask The Lord to give me the strength to forgive them. It took me many years prior to able to forgive, but I finally forgave them and my relationship with those people grew so much.

I know it’s hard to let things go. We’re human.

I tend to hold onto things a little too long. It’s a process and it’s going to take time. But one thing for sure is that Jesus is patient with us. He knows what we’re going through and He understands. He is there to help us every step of the way. We just need to let Him in.

When you seek Jesus and ask Him to help you in the areas of life where you want a change, where you want Him to work in your life. He WILL work. You just need to be honest with Him. He knows when you are beating around the bush with Him. Be honest about what you’re going through and He will WORK! It’s going to take time, the process won’t just happen over night. But, watch Him work within you and see the changes that happen!

Living a life for The Lord isn’t easy. But letting Him take control and having his guidance will lead you to a better life than you could’ve ever imagined. Yes it will be hard, there will be trials and there will be ups and downs. But there is a Heavenly Father up above that loves you unconditionally and wants the absolute best for you!
