No body is Perfect

As I was reading Psalms the other night, the Lord placed a verse in my heart that I shared down below.

“They seem so perfect!” EVERY CHRISTIAN STRUGGLES WITH THIS! We see lots of other Christians and think “man, I wish I had what they had”. But what we don’t realize is everything they WENT THROUGH to get what they got.

For example, a person could “envy” a married couple… but that person doesn’t know the hardships that couple has gone through and maybe is going through at the moment. There are BEAUTIFUL times as much as HARD times. When we “look” at other people, we’re going to “want things”. The truth is, as Christians, we don’t want to “go through” what they went through to get there. Here’s the thing, you have to put the blood sweat and tears to make things work. You have to go through hard times, in order for God to prepare you for what He has planned for you. It doesn’t matter if you’re single or in a relationship, you’re going to endure hard times.

Just because you pray to have patience, doesn’t mean God is just going to give it to you. He is going to place you in situations that will HELP you to have patience.

We ALL struggle. Yet, we don’t truly REALIZE we all struggle UNTIL we’ve heard others STORIES. EVERYONE STRUGGLES! Don’t let the enemy or people fool you! Heck, I even struggle! I have my own down days. This past month has not been easy for me. There have been days where I cried and got upset with God. Even during the trails, He wants to see your character and how you will react in situations. We’re not perfect, but we can all strive to become BETTER!

As for me, I am LEARNING everyday. I’ll be honest, I FAIL just like everybody else. Even though everyday is a NEW OPPORTUNITY, I still mess up. We’re called to DIE TO OUR FLESH. IT’S NOT EASY! It is surely HARD! But, God knows we’re not perfect. He knows you’re heart. As long as you realize your mistakes and ask for forgiveness He will forgive you.

When it comes to trials, we have to endure them to get to the light at the end of the tunnel. It’s not easy, it’s very difficult. But God wants to see how you will react and watch your character. He will help you through the storm, but you need to “cry out for help”. Psalm 18:16-19 says “He reached down from on high and took hold of me; he drew me out of deep waters. He rescued me from the powerful enemy, from my foes, who were too strong for me. They confronted me in the day of my disaster, but the Lord was my support. He brought me out into a spacious place; he rescued me because he delighted in me.”

God can either DELIVER you or SUPPORT you through your troubles. He will never leave you nor forsake you Deuteronomy 31:6-8 🙏
