Now that I’m getting better, I am going back to school to get my degree!!
Am I excited? Yes!! Am I nervous? Also, yes!! But I’m happy about it ☺️. From March 2023-August 2023 I was enrolled in school to get a degree in Elementary Education. I left school at the end of my term in August, because I was so sick that I didn’t think I could continue school and focused on health.
After my first check up getting released from the hospital, my doctor did approve of me going back to school and having a “social life” but with caution.
So, with being home for a month I have focused so much on my health. I wanted to make sure MENTALLY that I’m ready to take on classes again. At first, I wasn’t ready because my head was still recovering from everything. But now that I’m doing better, I decided to get back into school since I can’t technically work right now.
I officially start classes at WGU Nov. 1st and I can’t wait!! Even though I wanted to start Oct. 1st, the Lords plans are always grander than ours 🙏
Here’s the thing, not everyday is going to turn out how you’d expect it to. You can make plans upon plans… but the Lord can change your plans. And sometimes the changes are better than you’d originally planned!
Not everyday will be easy. Not everyday will be beautiful. But take a look at each day as a new OPPORTUNITY. Every day is a NEW DAY. NEW CHALLENGES. NEW EXPERIENCES. NEW OPPORTUNITIES. These can look different for everyone, because we were all created for a PURPOSE! God created each and everyone of us so uniquely. All of our paths are DIFFERENT. His plan for each of us is DIFFERENT.
If you’re ever struggling about your future or what you’re supposed to be doing. Seek Him for guidance Proverbs 3:5-6 says “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.”
