Every day may not be beautiful day, but there is still beauty within the day. Sometimes the weather isn’t what was expected, you lost Wi-Fi, or something that shouldn’t have gone wrong did… there is always something good to come out of it. Some days are going to be easier than others. You may have tons of things to do one day, and then have a relaxing day the next. There’s always something to feel grateful for, to praise God, and to just be thankful for. No matter what we plan for the following day, things can happen that can affect it. But we’re told not to worry. Matthew 6:34 “Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.”
Every day is a bit of a struggle due to my joint pain. But, what I’m thankful for is that it’s not as bad as it could be or as it used to be. I am still able to move around and go to places, but very small things I need assistance. I don’t know what caused an auto immune disease for me, but I know God isn’t done working.
I know it’s easier said than done to not worry about stuff that is out of our control, but it still happens. We’re human. We aren’t perfect. We try so hard not to worry, yet something comes up and we don’t know what to do. Don’t let uncertainty and fallouts dictate your days. When things go wrong, maybe it was for the best. God’s protection can look different. When things don’t go our way, He has a better way. His plan is better than ours.
